| Description: | Purpose of Job:
Ensure prompt and correct processing of closed mortgage loans to the secondary market investor. Deliver impeccable customer service as outlined in the FCB Way and grow bank relationships.

| Duties: | •Review mortgage loan files for completeness and accuracy
•Release closed mortgage loan packages to investors
•Orchestrate a timely purchase of mortgage loans by reviewing and responding promptly to the investor's funding conditions
•Remain abreast to funding conditions by consistently reviewing the investor's website
•Act as a back up for the processing and closing team as needed
•Perform other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | •Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
•Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office software
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Two years secondary market post closing experience
•Five years mortgage lending experience
•Must be a team player
•Ability to meet deadlines
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
•Experience delivering mortgage loan packages directly to Fannie Mac and Freddie Mac
•Encompass 360 point of sale software experience
