| Description: | Please note that although this position is part of the corporate training department, the position will be located in Richmond, VA.
Develop and deliver training courses to retail and commercial lending staff specific to methods and types of credit. This training should be in accordance with FCB Credit Guidelines and regulatory requirements. Serve as a resource for retail and commercial lenders who have questions regarding various aspects of credit and lending. Be able to communicate credit as an overall extension of customer service. |
| Duties: | Develop training materials and courses specifically about credit and lending.
Ability to direct content of the credit training to the level of the participants.
Be knowledgeable and remain current on regulatory changes impacting credit and lending.
Promote customer service through lending.

| Qualifications: | Bachelor's degree in related field.
Five years of training experience - preferably in the field of credit training.
Three to five years of experience as a lender at a financial institution.
Strong commuincation skills and the ability to write and deliver training materials.
Excellent knowledge of credit and lending regulations.
