| Duties: | - Manage the overall operations of the mortgage processing area
- Supervise the personnel in the mortgage processing area
- Develop policies and procedures for effective and efficient operations
- Gather client documentation to support loan application and closing process.
- Order title, appraisal and insurance with third parties and update credit if needed.
- Perform verifications with employers, landlords, and financial institutions to verify and validate supporting income, asset and liability information input into Point Of Sale application software (Encompass) system.
- Satisfy underwriting conditions and compliance requirements in a timely manner.
- Interact with borrowers, realtors, attorneys, appraisers, insurance agents and lenders on a daily basis.
- Maintain a weekly pipeline report for loans in process.
- Handle client calls with excellent customer service.

| Qualifications: | - Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in mortgages and mortgage processing
- Minimum of 7 years in mortgage loan processing, including Conventional/Conforming, FHA, VA, USDA and Jumbo.
- Retail banking experience is a plus.
- Must have experience with Point of Sale mortgage origination software. Experience with Encompass is a plus.
- Must have proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Must have strong oral and written skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be able to meet deadlines while working independently.
