Purpose of Job:
Ensure prompt and accurate processing of mortgage loans in accordance with standard secondary market and specific investor guidelines.

| Duties: | •Review new loans for completeness and accuracy
•Accurately process and prepare loans for underwriters review
•Contact loan officers and underwriters to obtain required documentation for loan approval
•Contact third party providers to obtain documentation needed to move loan files to closing
•Perform other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | •Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
•Two years mortgage processing and/or underwriting experience
•Three years mortgage lending experience
•Working knowledge of secondary market underwriting and closing guidelines
•Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office software
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to organize workload and meet established deadlines
•Must be a team player
